Seats are the predictable line. Fin is the one that moves with traffic. A busy inbox can pay more in outcomes than in seats. Copilot and Pro are optional; they do not replace Fin.
$0.99 / outcome
On every Intercom plan. Charged once per conversation when Fin resolves, the customer stops asking, or a procedure completes.
$29 / agent / mo
Unlimited inbox assistant. $35/agent on monthly billing. 10 Copilot conversations per agent/month are included without the add-on.
$99 / mo
Operator plus quality and analysis. Includes 1,000 conversation analyses and 2,000 credits; extra credits are $0.01 each.
$99 / mo

On annual billing, Essential is $29 per seat per month, Advanced is $85, and Expert is $132. Every plan also includes Fin AI Agent at $0.99 per outcome. A 3-seat Essential workspace is $87/month in seats, plus Fin usage. Advanced is the plan most growing teams land on because of multiple inboxes and workflows.
Fin is $0.99 per outcome. An outcome is counted when the customer confirms the issue is resolved, does not ask for more help after Fin responds, or Fin completes a procedure (including a handoff). You are charged once per conversation. Intercom’s calculator often shows this as the larger share of the bill once volume grows.
No. There is a 14-day trial with no credit card. There is no free forever plan. Userscom has a free plan with 20 conversations per month.
Essential is the starter: Messenger, a shared inbox, a public help center, and Fin. Advanced ($85/seat) adds multiple team inboxes, the workflow builder, round-robin assignment, a private multilingual help center, and 20 Lite seats. Most teams that outgrow a single inbox pay Advanced rates.
Copilot is $29 per agent per month on annual billing ($35 monthly) for unlimited usage. Every agent also gets 10 Copilot and 10 AI auto-translation conversations free each month without the add-on.
Pro is $99/month (Operator plus quality and analysis tools, with conversation and credit limits). Proactive Support Plus is $99/month for 500 outbound messages (tours, surveys, series). WhatsApp, SMS, email campaigns, and phone are usage-based on top of seats.
Three Essential seats are $87/month before Fin. Three Advanced seats are $255/month before Fin. The same team on Userscom Advance is $40/month for up to 5 people, with AI organisation and drafts included and no per-outcome fee.
